W e are pleased to announce that our EXP5000 PFD Interactive Courseware has been accepted as a FAA/Industry Training Standard (FITS) Self-Learning Program. T he FAA/Industry Training Standards (FITS) program is a partnership between the FAA, Industry, and Academia designed to enhance general aviation safety. T he goal of FITS is to help pilots of technically-advanced aircraft (TAAs) -- which have more automation and often greater performance capability -- develop the risk management skills and in-depth system knowledge needed to safely operate and maximize the capability of these aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS).

The California Office of Homeland Security (OHS), is pleased to announce that Operational Areas (OA's) and Urban Area Security Initiative Cities (UASI) wishing to use the Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) funds for Federal and California courses are required to submit. The form will be automatically emailed to the OHS-Training Division for processing and assigning a Federal Tracking Number which is used for grant reimbursement. Homeland Security Grant Funds can be used to support attendance to over 150 WMD/CBRNE/Terrorism courses available through California Training Providers. * To attend all WMD/CBRNE Courses, please fill out the Training Request Form electronically.
