Aerobics Classes Aerobics is a system of physical conditioning involving exercises strenuously performed so as to cause marked temporary increase in respiration and heart rate. Some of the more popular aerobics classes at Fitness First include, Pilates, Step, Cardio Mix, Going Ballistic, Kick Boxing Aerobics, and Salsa Aerobics. As always, there is never a charge to sign-up for an Aerobics or Cycling class . All aerobic classes are one hour in length, unless otherwise noted next to the individual class. Aerobic class offerings are updated on the first of each month at 12:01 am and are available online . New Classes Advanced Yoga - Added 1/25/2008 Relax strengthen and soothe your body and mind in this advanced level yoga class. You will increase your flexibility and strength through various postures and breathing techniques. This class will also instroduce more challenging poses for experienced yoga followers. Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Added 12/27/2007 An active Hatha yoga class that flows through a series of postures linking breath to movement to enhance the mindbody connection.
